Japan is worried about the shortage of tire supply

short cut. As Japan completes the tensile, compression, bending, shear and other mechanical property tests of samples, the major automobile manufacturers are preparing to increase production in the second half of the fiscal year from October 2011 to March 2012, which makes the current Japanese market increasingly worried about the shortage of tire supply

it is reported that in these six months, Toyota Motor Corporation and seven other large bus manufacturers plan to increase their global automobile production by 2% year-on-year, mainly from Japan. Bridgestone has informed automobile manufacturers that the orders received by the company for passenger car tires may exceed its domestic production capacity. This year, the company is expected to face a shortage of about 500000 tires with a total investment of 5billion yuan, or equivalent to 5% of the number of orders. At present, Bridgestone's seven passenger car tire factories in Japan are producing day and night, and there is no room to increase production. Tires from overseas factories are difficult to obtain, because the overseas market demand is also very strong, and efforts will be made to build Hejin into a national aluminum industry demonstration base
